With over a decade of experience in the Nashville real estate market and as an owner of multiple local businesses and investment properties, Cat brings a unique blend of expertise, strategy, and insight to her clients.

A Loyola University Chicago graduate with a BA, Cat was a four-year Division I athlete, a steadfast pursuit that cultivated a high-performance mindset, relentless work ethic, and competitive drive—traits she channels into delivering exceptional results for her clients.

Prior to paving a career in real estate, Cat worked in broadcast television, marketing, and finance in Chicago. These formative experiences, combined with eight years as a Lead Agent under Tennessee’s #1-ranked Realtor, shaped her approach to business and built the strong foundation of skills she now leverages for her clients.

Cat’s ability to communicate clearly, strategize effectively, and understand both consumer behavior and financial structures gives clients a distinct advantage in one of the country’s most competitive markets.

Alongside her husband, Cat is an active investor in residential and commercial real estate, as well as local businesses, providing her clients with a broader, strategic perspective—whether they’re first-time buyers, seasoned sellers, or investors growing their portfolios.

Cat, her husband, and their four children live in Franklin, where they enjoy community life and building memories through travel.
